What are Forged Alloy Wheels?
Our Forged Wheels are manufactured from a single billet which is heated to extreme temperatures and pressurised to take shape. Then the billet is milled to the desired design using a CNC machine.
This process gives the wheel a better strength to weight ratio compared to cast & flow formed alloy wheels due to grain refinement.
By making the wheel STRONGER & LIGHTER it is therefore better able to withstand high forces without losing structural integrity, ensuring BETTER HANDLING and a SMOOTHER RIDE.
